Lottery Rules

1. 50/50 prize value will be equal to half the 50/50 ticket sales revenue.

2. Tickets for the 50/50 raffle cost $2 each, 3 for $5, 7 for $10, 15 for $20, 25 for $30 50 for $50 and 100 for $95.

3. Tickets are payable by cash, debit or credit card. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can be ordered one of two: online, or at our location at the Atlantic Nationals Car Show. In the event that someone receives a ticket with another person's name on it in error, and that person's name is drawn as the winner, the person in whose name the ticket is printed shall be declared the winner. In other words, possession of the winning ticket does not trump the fact that the ticket belongs to another individual.

4. The prize draw will be held at DeMolay Atlantic’s office at 36 Bradford Road, Riverview New Brunswick on July 9th, 2018 at 7:30pm (Atlantic). One 50/50 raffle ticket will be drawn at random. Winner need not be present to win. Winner will be notified by telephone and/or email, and the information will also be posted at www.demolayatlantic.org

5. Prize not claimed by August 9th, 2018 will be forfeited and a second draw - alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize not claimed by September 9th, 2018 will be forfeited and a third draw - alternate winner will be selected.

7. Prize not claimed by October 9th, 2018 will be forfeited and donated to the charity.

8. DeMolay Atlantic Executive Staff, employees and members of the Board of Directors are not eligible to win.

9. By purchasing a ticket, purchaser agrees to allow DeMolay Atlantic to use purchaser's name and image without compensation for any promotional activity related to this or any future raffle. DeMolay Atlantic will not share purchaser’s address, phone number or contact information.

10. The net proceeds from the 50/50 raffle will be used to support DeMolay Atlantic programs and services.

11. 50/50 raffle ticket purchases are not eligible for tax receipts.
